Yes, the Tutors are qualified, with a minimum of a Master's degree in the respective field, as well as several years of Tutoring experience.
Yes, all Tutors have an enhanced DBS certificate, as child safeguarding is of the utmost importance at Ahmed Academy.
Monday - Friday: 5pm - 9pm
Saturday : 9am - 9pm
Sunday: 9am - 9pm
On Sundays we teach at a tuition centre at 503 Coventry Road, Small Heath, B10 0LL.
During the rest of the week, we provide one-to-one tutoring at student residence and one-to-one and group learning online via Google Meet.
In 2022, we had several successful students between 11+, GCSE and A-levels.
11+: 90% pass rate to an Independent or Grammar school, in London and Birmingham
GCSE: 12 students achieved Grade 8 or higher in the taught subject.
A-level: 4 students increased two grades when taught from the start of year 13. 8 students achieved between A*-B grades.
The Tutors at Ahmed Academy are rigorously trained to deliver high quality lessons with an examination-orientated mindset. Furthermore, We prioritise helping the child gain confidence in the respective subject matter which will increase their discipline. You will see a difference in your child's learning in a short period of time.
There are two options for the location of tuition:
Face to face around Birmingham or Solihull area
Online via Google Meet

At Ahmed Academy we usually have two types of lessons, which is either based on learning subject topics or examination preparation.
The listed below will show you how a lesson would generally be delivered at Ahmed Academy:
Begin the lesson by covering previous lesson's homework.
Cover key concepts taught in recent weeks, and then develop these concepts further during the lesson.
Set homework to make sure everything is understood and rehearsed.
Repeat this for the next lesson, moving along the National Curriculum.
It is imperative all topics are covered in time for examination preparation.
